Any additional work requested by the Customer that falls outside the original scope shall require Customer approval and may result in additional charges.

Existing Plumbing Conditions

The Customer understands that plumbing systems may contain concealed defects, corrosion, deterioration, improper previous repairs, code violations, hidden leaks, or other pre-existing conditions that are not visible prior to beginning work.

Jackpot Plumbing LLC is not responsible for leaks, failures, water damage, or additional repairs resulting from pre-existing conditions that become apparent during or after completion of the requested work.

Water Shut-Off Valve Disclaimer

Existing shut-off valves, angle stops, hose bibs, main water valves, and similar plumbing components may fail due to age, corrosion, mineral buildup, or normal wear when operated during plumbing service.

Jackpot Plumbing LLC is not responsible for failures caused by these pre-existing conditions. Any additional repairs necessary to safely complete the work will be discussed with the Customer and billed separately upon approval.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Accepted forms of payment include:

Cash

Major credit cards

Debit cards

Approved financing (when available)

Any unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, interest where permitted by Nevada law, and any additional expenses incurred in collecting the outstanding balance.

Labor Warranty

Equipment Supplied & Installed by Jackpot Plumbing LLC

Jackpot Plumbing LLC provides a Two (2) Year Labor Warranty covering defects in workmanship on plumbing equipment supplied and installed by our company, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Manufacturer warranties remain separate and are subject solely to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Customer-Supplied Equipment

When installing customer-supplied equipment, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, filtration systems, or other plumbing products, Jackpot Plumbing LLC provides a One (1) Year Labor Warranty covering our installation workmanship only.

This warranty does not cover:

Manufacturer defects

Product failures

Finish defects

Cosmetic damage

Defective customer-supplied products

Improper installation instructions provided by the manufacturer

Any product warranty claims must be handled directly through the product manufacturer.

Standard Plumbing Repairs

Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, standard plumbing repairs performed by Jackpot Plumbing LLC include a One (1) Year Labor Warranty covering defects in our workmanship.

Certain services—including but not limited to drain cleaning, stoppage removal, temporary repairs, diagnostic services, sewer locating, leak detection, specialty services, or other specified repairs—may carry different warranty periods, which will be disclosed before work begins.

Warranty Limitations

Labor warranties become void if:

Work is modified, repaired, or altered by another contractor or individual.

Damage results from abuse, neglect, misuse, freezing, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

Damage results from excessive water pressure, corrosion, chemical exposure, hard water, sediment, poor water quality, or environmental conditions beyond our control.

Plumbing systems are altered after our installation.

The Customer declines recommended repairs or replacements that directly contribute to future failures.

Equipment is not properly maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.

Warranty coverage is limited solely to correcting defects in our workmanship.

Labor warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original Customer and original installation location unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Existing Code Violations

Existing plumbing systems may not comply with current plumbing codes due to previous installations, renovations, or code changes.

Unless specifically included in the approved estimate, Jackpot Plumbing LLC is not responsible for correcting existing code violations or upgrading plumbing systems to current code requirements that are unrelated to the approved scope of work.

Drain Cleaning Disclaimer

Drain cleaning is intended to restore the flow of a drain but does not repair damaged piping or guarantee future performance.

Jackpot Plumbing LLC cannot guarantee that drains will remain free from future stoppages caused by grease buildup, roots, foreign objects, deteriorated piping, shifting pipes, improper use, or other conditions beyond our control.

Sewer Camera Inspection Disclaimer

Camera inspections provide the best visual assessment reasonably available at the time of inspection but cannot identify every underground condition or predict future failures.

Hidden cracks, pipe movement, shifting soil, concealed damage, or future deterioration may not be visible during inspection.

Underground & Concealed Conditions

Underground piping and concealed plumbing systems may contain unknown conditions including, but not limited to:

Collapsed piping

Root intrusion

Broken fittings

Corrosion

Shifting soil

Hidden utilities

Rock

Improper previous repairs

Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions will be discussed with the Customer before proceeding and may result in additional charges.

The Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas.

While every reasonable effort will be made to protect the property, Jackpot Plumbing LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Hidden plumbing conditions

Existing deterioration

Previously damaged building materials

Unless specifically included in the approved estimate, Jackpot Plumbing LLC is not responsible for restoring drywall, paint, texture, tile, flooring, cabinetry, concrete, stucco, landscaping, or other finish materials following plumbing repairs.

Water Quality Disclaimer

Water quality, including excessive hardness, sediment, chloramines, corrosion, or other environmental conditions, may reduce the life expectancy of plumbing fixtures and equipment.

Failures resulting from these conditions are not covered under Jackpot Plumbing LLC's labor warranty.

Mold, Asbestos & Hazardous Materials

Jackpot Plumbing LLC does not perform mold remediation, asbestos removal, lead abatement, hazardous material removal, or environmental remediation.

If hazardous materials are encountered, work may be suspended until the condition has been properly addressed by a qualified remediation contractor.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, Jackpot Plumbing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from plumbing failures, water damage, delays, loss of use, loss of business, or other damages beyond our reasonable control.

Jackpot Plumbing LLC's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

Jackpot Plumbing LLC shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, natural disasters, utility outages, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
