Jackpot Plumbing LLC provides a Two (2) Year Labor Warranty covering defects in workmanship on plumbing equipment supplied and installed by our company, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Manufacturer warranties remain separate and are subject solely to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Customer-Supplied Equipment
When installing customer-supplied equipment, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, filtration systems, or other plumbing products, Jackpot Plumbing LLC provides a One (1) Year Labor Warranty covering our installation workmanship only.
This warranty does not cover:

Improper installation instructions provided by the manufacturer
Any product warranty claims must be handled directly through the product manufacturer.
Standard Plumbing Repairs
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, standard plumbing repairs performed by Jackpot Plumbing LLC include a One (1) Year Labor Warranty covering defects in our workmanship.
Certain services—including but not limited to drain cleaning, stoppage removal, temporary repairs, diagnostic services, sewer locating, leak detection, specialty services, or other specified repairs—may carry different warranty periods, which will be disclosed before work begins.
Warranty Limitations
Labor warranties become void if:
Work is modified, repaired, or altered by another contractor or individual.
Damage results from abuse, neglect, misuse, freezing, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
Damage results from excessive water pressure, corrosion, chemical exposure, hard water, sediment, poor water quality, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
Plumbing systems are altered after our installation.
The Customer declines recommended repairs or replacements that directly contribute to future failures.
Equipment is not properly maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
Warranty coverage is limited solely to correcting defects in our workmanship.
Labor warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original Customer and original installation location unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Existing Code Violations
Existing plumbing systems may not comply with current plumbing codes due to previous installations, renovations, or code changes.
Unless specifically included in the approved estimate, Jackpot Plumbing LLC is not responsible for correcting existing code violations or upgrading plumbing systems to current code requirements that are unrelated to the approved scope of work.
Drain Cleaning Disclaimer
Drain cleaning is intended to restore the flow of a drain but does not repair damaged piping or guarantee future performance.
Jackpot Plumbing LLC cannot guarantee that drains will remain free from future stoppages caused by grease buildup, roots, foreign objects, deteriorated piping, shifting pipes, improper use, or other conditions beyond our control.
